Joe Foster is the co-founder of Reebok. He shares the same birthday 18 May, with his grandfather, also Joseph William Foster. Joe's grandfather was the founder of J.W. Foster and Sons and the pioneer of the spiked running shoe, and also developed the sneaker.
Joe joins the show today to discuss his journey as well as his book, Shoemaker. Joe shares some of the highlights of his career as well as some significant obstacles and shares how he overcame them.
