Before we get started today, I want to share that former guest Kris Sokalowski has passed away. Kris came on our show back in February of 2022 to discuss his terminal cancer diagnosis and the power of a positive attitude. Rest in peace Kris Sokalowski.
As we get started today, I am excited to welcome back Lt. Colonel and friend, Waldo Waldman. Waldo is a retired F-16 fighter pilot with 65 combat missions under his belt. I am proud to be a wingman to Waldo and am grateful to have him back on the show. Not only does Waldo have an incredible background, he has a passion for helping others by sharing his story. Today, we talk about his fear of heights and a long history of claustrophobia. Specifically, we talk about overcoming some of these fears to become the best version of ourselves possible.
